Rarity & Frequency
There’s going to be a rarity scale (uncommon, common, rare, ultra rare) to assess the rarity of a series. There will also be a frequency scale (infrequent, somewhat frequent, frequent, very frequent) for how often the card has surfaced for sale within the last few years. The differentiation here is to show that while some cards or merch might inherently have a rarity attributed to them, their value might also decrease if their frequency of sale steadily increases.
Since promos might have a differing rarity and frequency from the overall series, there will be an assessment of individual promos as well. The scale will also follow (uncommon, common, rare, ultra rare) and (infrequent, somewhat frequent, frequent, very frequent).
